Japan, China, S. Korea ministers meet to promote tourism
August 30, 2006Ministers in charge of tourism from Japan, China and South Korea met in Kushiro, Hokkaido, on Sunday for the first time to promote tourism among the three nations. The three ministers are Japanese Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Kazuo Kitagawa, Shao Qiwei, director of China's National Tourism Administration, and South Korean Culture and Tourism Minister Kim Myong Gon.
