The Fourth World Water Forum will begin Thursday in Mexico City, with some 13,000 people from about 120 countries, including more than 300 from Japan, expected to attend, according to Japanese forum officials. Japan's Crown Prince Naruhito, who served as honorary president of the previous water forum in Japan in 2003, is expected to deliver a keynote speech on the second day of the one-week event for discussions on how to better manage water resources.
