Buyers of 8 condos agree to seek having Huser declared bankrupt
January 21, 2006Buyers of eight condominiums developed by Huser Ltd. agreed Saturday to jointly file a request with a district court to have the developer declared bankrupt. The request will be filed by the end of January with the Tokyo District Court, the buyers said. Huser is one of a number of developers of condos recently found to have substandard quake resistance.
