China's exports to the United States rose 30 percent against a 9 percent increase in imports in 2005, according to the General Administration of Customs.
Malaysia, Chile to consider free trade deal
January 19, 2006Malaysia and Chile said Thursday that both countries are looking into the viability of forging a free trade agreement. A joint study group has been established and is expected to submit its recommendations to both governments by year-end, Malaysian International Trade and Industry Minister Rafidah Aziz told reporters after meeting with visiting Chilean Foreign Minister Ignacio Walker.
Su Tseng-chang appointed as Taiwan's premier
