S. Korean university probing into study by stem cell researcher
December 18, 2005A South Korean university on Sunday launched a probe into research by the country's prominent stem cell cloning scientist Hwang Woo Suk over allegations that Hwang had fabricated the study. Yonhap News Agency quoted officials of Seoul National University, where Hwang works as a veterinary professor, as saying its nine-member panel was questioning Hwang and his 20 colleagues.
